Clogging
Ages 6 and up
Monday 7:00pm-8:00pm
Clogging is a fun, high-energy, percussion dance, that is derived from Irish Hard Shoes, Dutch Cloggers and a hint of Tap. Clogging is performed wearing shoes fitted with metal “jingle taps”.
The dancers will learn how to rhythmically move their toes and heels to create musical sounds.

If you are thinking country line dancers in white tap shoes and big can-can skirts, those days are over! Clogging can be done to Hip-Hop and popular music and boy is it fun!
