Ms. Kati

Ms. Kati is a dance and technique instructor at Backstage Dance Connection. She is passionate about the art of dance and is dedicated to nurturing the talents of her students. With over 14 years of teaching experience, she has had the privilege of guiding students of all ages and skill levels on their journey to mastering the dance floor. 

 

Ms. Kati began dancing at a young age and trained competitively, winning multiple local, state, and national championships in all styles of dance. With a minor in dance studies from Appalachian State University, Ms. Kati has received specialized training in a variety of dance styles and disciplines including ballet, jazz, contemporary, hip-hop, choreography, somatics, and more. She has since gone on to choreograph and direct numerous successful dance performances. 

 

Ms. Kati is focused on building a strong technical foundation while fostering creativity. With tailored lesson plans to suit individual learning styles, she is committed to creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Ms. Kati offers classes for ballet/tap, jazz, contemporary, and technique. She is also available for private lessons.
