Ms. Debbie
co-owner • CEO
Ms. Debbie is the co-owner and CEO of BDC. With a background in education and dance administration, she helps guide the studio's vision while creating a supportive environment where children, families, and staff can grow, feel valued, and thrive together.
Ms. Seany
co-owner/director • COO
Ms. Seany is a lifelong dancer and the co-owner and COO of BDC. Often the friendly face that families see at the front desk, she loves helping every child and parent feel welcomed, supported, and part of the BDC family from the moment they walk through the doors.

BDC After School/Summer Camp

Ms. B is the co-owner of BDC's After School and Summer Camp program and serves as CFO. She has a special gift for building meaningful relationships with each child and making everyone feel welcomed, cared for, and truly part of the BDC family.
Ms. Cole
dance instructor
Ms. Cole is an energetic dance instructor who teaches students of all ages and works with BDC's VIP Teams. She brings enthusiasm and encouragement to every class, helping dancers strengthen their skills, grow in confidence, and discover how much they are capable of achieving.
Ms. Bekah
tumbling instructor
Ms. Bekah is BDC's tumbling instructor, helping students safely build strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence. Her encouraging approach supports each tumbler as they develop new skills, celebrate their progress, and discover just how much they can accomplish.
Ms. Kati
dance instructor
Ms. Kati teaches dancers of all ages and specializes in technique. With a thoughtful eye for detail, she helps students strengthen their skills, improve their form, and build a strong foundation while encouraging them to feel confident in their growth.
Ms. Nichole

Ms. Nichole is a valued member of BDC's After School and Summer Camp team. Her caring and dependable presence helps children feel welcomed, supported,, and excited to spend their afternoons and summers learning, playing, and making memories with friends.
Ms. Courtney

Ms. Courtney teaches dancers of all ages and has a special gift for working with our preschool students. Her warm, patient approach helps young dancers feel comfortable, confident, and excited to learn while building a joyful foundation and love for dance.

Ms. Amanda is a valued member of BDC's After School and Summer Camp team. She enjoys keeping children engaged through activities, games, and everyday fun while helping create afternoons and summers filled with laughter, friendships, and happy memories.

Ms. Chenoa is a valued member of BDC's After School and Summer Camp team. Her positive and encouraging approach helps children feel included while they build friendships, explore new activities, and make themselves at home at BDC.
