Tumble Tots

12 months – 5 years old and no experience in tumbling.

Mondays

3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

4:30 p.m. – 5:15 p.m.

6:45 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

Tuesdays

3:45 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.

The child’s parent/guardian is able to participate in the class to help the children become comfortable with the class setting.

This class offers an environment for children to developmentally grow, both individually and socially in a class setting. Additionally, activities will explore gross motor skill development and learning activities.

This class is a pre-introduction to tumbling and is a great class to help transition your children into a tumbling class on their own.

The children will love finishing the class jumping on the tumble track into our foam pit!

Suggested Attire

T-shirt or tank top with shorts or leggings. Tennis shoes are recommended, but bare feet are accepted.

Socked feet are not allowed due to the danger of slipping. Please wear shoes or bare feet.

Level 1

This class is for students with little to no tumbling experience.

6:00-6:45

Tuesdays

4:30-5:15
5:15-6:00
6:00-6:45
6:45-7:30

This class will teach many skills to introduce tumbling basics. Beginner trampoline skills will also be taught at this level.

The children will also have fun jumping into our foam pit to practice new skills.

Class Goals

  • Forward Roll
  • Backward Roll
  • Backbend (from standing)
  • Hold a handstand against a wedge for 10 seconds.
  • Cartwheel
  • Round-off

T-shirt or tank top with shorts or leggings. Tennis shoes are recommended, but bare feet are accepted.

Level 2

This class is for students with minimal tumbling experience that have mastered all or most of the skills from Level 1.

6:00 p.m. – 6:45 p.m.

Tuesdays

4:30 p.m. -5:15 p.m.
6:00 p.m. – 6:45 p.m.

The students will continue learning/improving trampoline skills as well as adding on to previous learned tumbling skills. Mastering back handsprings will be the main goal in this class, but tumblers will also be introduced to running tumbling on the tumble track and into the pit.

Level 3

This class is for students who have mastered a standing back handspring and a round-off back handspring.

The students will work on running and standing tumbling skills. They will also focus on tumbling into the pit when learning new skills.

Levels 4 & 5

This class is for the elite tumbler who has mastered all or most skills from levels 1-3.

In this class, the students will learn top of the line standing and running tumbling skills. When working on new skills, they will use the tumble track and try mastering their skills into the foam pit.
